Legacy MX Park Rules

  1. All riders and spectators are required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement prior to entering the facility.

  2. Legacy Motocross DOES NOT carry insurance. You are responsible for carrying your own insurance. If you do not have insurance, DO NOT RIDE.

  3. If you choose to ride you are riding at your own risk and accept all responsibility. You will be given the opportunity to inspect/walk the track prior to the official start of each practice/race day. If at the time you feel anything to be unsafe, exit the track or the facility.

  4. You will be riding with riders of different abilities, experience, skill levels and speed. If you are unsure of your capability, please exit the track safely.

  5. Legacy Motocross staff reserve the right to request you to exit the track and or change classes if you present danger to yourself or others riding. We have NO TOLERATION for reckless riders. 

  6. NO CROSSING THE TRACK Spectators must maintain a minimum distance of 25 feet from the track.

  7. Parents and guardians are ALWAYS responsible for their children and ensuring their children follow the facility rules.

  8. All riders are REQUIRED  to wear the appropriate riding gear including- Helmet, motocross boots, pants and jersey, knee pads, googles, and gloves. Legacy Motocross encourages the use of chest protectors and neck braces. Your safety is your responsibility.

  9. All pit vehicles are welcome and must not exceed idle speed of 5 mph to and from the tracks within parking and pit areas. Repeat offenders will be requested to exit and will not be welcome to come back.

  10.  NO TREPASSING allowed. Anyone who is inside the facility without the proper pass or sign-in will be considered trespassing and will be asked to leave the facility.

  11. Pets are welcome to provide they are always on a leash. Please pick up after pets. Their business is your responsibility. 

  12. Please be respectful of all our staff. Our job is to make sure everyone is being safe, responsible and most of all having a good time at the track. Please don't hesitate to ask a staff member for anything you may need. We are here to help! See something, say something-help each other safe. 

  13. Please make sure to be respectful of our facility. DO NOT LITTER and DO NOT TEAR UP THE GRASS. We work hard here at Legacy Motocross to make this place a beautiful park for everyone to enjoy.

  14. Enter the waters at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
