Track Waiver

Everyone that comes and visits the park to ride or play are REQUIRED to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement upon arrival. This does include all spectators and children. The forms below are for you to review or to print to bring in. ALL MINORS UNDER 18 THAT COME TO RIDE WITHOUT A PARENT ARE REQUIRED TO bring a completed minor waiver signed by the parents or you WONT BE ABLE TO RIDE.  Thank you!
